The Free Beer ShowThursday, May 10th, 2007 @8pm Hey there fans of comedy! Mighty McPilgrim is coming back to your town (if you live in NoHo) with some new material and a favor to ask: We need every seat filled with loudmouthed laughers. We're spending some dough to commit our best sketches to durable digital video and we need your support. The show is free, and there will be beer provided gratis as well. Doors at 8:00, show at 8:30. In addition to taping five of our best for the neophyte and casual fan, we'll also be whipping out a few new gems destined to become Disney Classics. Disney classics with swearing and sexytalk. |

Boston Bones

In October 2005, Leonard Lin came to visit me in Plymouth, MA and we spend some time on a cloudy day improvising some silliness with a cheap halloween toy we bought at CVS. Leonard edited a few of the highlights together for your viewing pleasure.

Hey there intrepid web browsers, Andrew here to let you know about my new gig as a reviewer for Broadcaster.com. I've reviewed the new Bjork album, 28 Weeks Later, and the new Pirates movie already, and will be revieweing Knocked Up this weekend. In addition to reviews I've been filling in all this week as the enertainment news guy, and will continue to fill in for the regular cutie, Amy, all next week. It's sort of like Talk Soup but with less reality show clips, so check it out.
And if that weren't exciting enough be sure to check Broadcaster.com late next week to see me cover the red carpet premiere of Ocean's 13. That's right I'm going to try and get Brad Pitt and George Clooney to talk to me on camera. With luck I won't verbally barf all over them.
And if you are in LA in the month of June come check me out in Nikolai Gogol's The Gamblers followed by the annual TNA Onesies at St. Nick's Pub on 3rd St. Click either link for show info.

A BIG thankeroo to those of you who showed up to our taping last Thursday, May 10th.

It was standing room only at ye olde Secret Rose Theater. A hearty MERCI BEAUCOUP to Dave, Sonya, Duke, Steve, Sue and Karen for being the best freakin' crew evah.

And thanks to Julio for taking these photos. Now I can see how redonkulous I look in this pink jacket.

We had fun. We hope you had fun, too. And if you didn't make it to the show, then you must have too much fun in your life already. You must be all stocked up on fun. If you had come to the show then you would have suffered from over exposure to fun.

T'was a night of surrealism, subversive aims, sacrilege, large foam costumes and dancing with donuts.
It was, to quote Cole Porter, "Delightful, Delicious & DePilgrim."
Ye Olde Peep Joust 2007
» Apr 08th, 2007 by Nicole
After watching an in-depth report on 'Marshmallow Peep Jousting,' Jakob suggested that Andrew and I prepare our peeps for battle.

My peep is the one on the left. I named him Sir WeepiePeep because he looked like he'd been crying. (Never a good sign.) I'm not sure what Andrew named his peep. Probably something clever like Sir Cumference.
The rules are easy. Two peeps enter, one peep leaves.
Place your peeps facing each other on a paper plate. Stick toothpicks in the bellies. Put them in the microwave. Nuke them for 60 seconds. They balloon to hilarious proportions. The peep that stabs first shall be champion.

My peep took a dive early on. He just keeled over. What a douche!

Ewwww. A gooey, pink mess. Peep Pop Art.

Awol ate the loser.
I vow to avenge your death, Sir WeepiePeep.
Belated Halloween Treat

We meant to get this up in time for the spooktacular holiday but we were too busy dressing slutty and freezing our tuckus off in the name of warding off evil spirits.
Anyway, here's the first of a new batch of PSAs we recently made for the High Times Comedy show at the Improv. Sarah Silverman was the surprise headliner! So technically, we performed with her! Sorta. Anyhow expect the rest in a few days, both here and on YouTube.
