3.  Ryan arrives at the pond in time to catch this glorious photo-finish, as Dan and Jonas whoop-whoop with satisfaction.  They have done the forest quarter mile in 48 seconds flat. Dan smartly drives out of the water before the car has a chance to get stuck, however, and runs a second time trial back toward the road.
