Indulge: Me
posted 3 May 2005, 3PM | 1 Comments
This is a self-indulgent post on my self-indulgent website describing some of the indulgent things I've been doing with myself lately. This entry may or may not be peppered with indulgent self-links to self-directed projects that I've done myself. You know, from time to time I indulge myself with a few snapshots; why not indulge me by clicking on some of the self-indulgent thumbnails at right, most of which link to large pictures of, well, me! Yes, most of my creations can be reduced to exploratory acts of self-indulgence, and are really of little or no consequence to anyone but my indulgent self. So, this concludes today's self-induglence! Special thanks to me!

Yo diggity! Couple things I wanted to say:
1. It is 6am my time and I am drunk on cheap merlot after having stayed up all night partying.
2. I've started to wonder why there are like six kazillion commenters on bluishorange yet there is only perhaps one regular commenter here. (That would be me, incidentally.) In truth, I'm not sure why there is such a discrepancy in commenting. Because your site is as cool as Alison's. Plus, yours has animals on it.
3. OK, did you notice how on bluishorange I made a comment about it being "No Gantz day? Well, I meant it as a joke but I'm not sure it came across that way. See, I have this really weird sense of humor, and sometimes my humor extends so far that it actually comes full circle to not being humorous at all, if that makes any sense. Anyway, what I'm leading up to is I just meant it as a joke and I just wanted to say that I'm sorry if it didn't come across that way. I didn't mean to be exclusionary or anything, I just thought it would be funny to pun on your name like that.
4. Regarding your most recent of blog entries, I say: Remarkably solipsistic! Man, I've totally wanted to use that word ever since I encountered in in Nabokov's Lolita and looked it up and found out what the fuck it means.
5. I've been living in upstate NY for the past couple years, but now I'm moving back to Dallas, my homeland. So, if you even get down to Texas, you know, to visit Alison, or to go to SXSW, or anything like that, whatever, you should, you know, maybe drop me a line, and we could perhaps get a beer or something.
